Dr. Jim Christoforidis is a warm, friendly, and approachable family physician. He obtained his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed his residency at Rush University. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Christoforidis is based in Chicago and practices at the PrimeCare West Town Health Center.
