Healthy habits I recommend to my patients include: practice mindfulness, eat whole foods and stay active. I believe in the mind-body connection and therefore treating both concurrently. I practice integrative medicine, and prefer to prescribe natural remedies and lifestyle changes prior to pharmaceuticals. During my career, I hope to make real connections with people and their families and help them achieve their health goals.
