Dr. Anna Ilagan, MD

Dr. Anna Ilagan is a Family Physician and Primary Care Doctor at PrimeCare Health, Inc. West Town in Chicago, IL where she sees patients of all ages. Dr. Illagan provides pediatric or family medicine services and treatment for common and chronic health conditions. Dr. Ilagan obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Irvine. She then earned her Medical Degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. She is currently completing her Residency in Family Medicine at AMITA Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center. She takes a holistic approach to medicine and works with PrimeCare’s integrated services and support team to provide the highest level of care. Dr. Ilagan is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. She speaks English, Tagalog, and Spanish fluently
