I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare PPOs at this time, all other patients would need to pay cash for the office visit and submit an "out-of-network" claim form to seek reimbursement from their plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed by every plan for out-of-network providers; please check your health plan's policy.
