Hi, My name is Dr. Ahmed Riaz, and I am a Board Certified Family Medicine physician who is fellowship trained in Sports medicine. I am born and raised in Miami, FL. I have recently opened up my practice and happy to serve the Fort Lauderdale community. The philosophy of our clinic is to provide personalized and effective care for our patients. I believe our patients need to be involved in the decision making process of their care. Therefore, I take pride in spending time understanding and listening to your concerns so that both of us can come up with a solution to best address your health concerns. Our office provides general family medicine care. One of my goals is to encourage patients to take a preventative approach in optimizing their health. Therefore I encourage my patients to come for an annual physical to identify areas of improvement and help find ways to maintain their health. We also specialize in musculoskeletal complaints such as shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle. We offer nonoperative care such as injections and osteopathic treatments in our clinic to help with pain relief. Unfortunately, at this time we do not see pediatric patients.
